Responsibilities
• Responsible for taking the lead in formulating department plans and coordinating the daily management of the department;
• Responsible for the market expansion of the police industry, conduct macro analysis of the industry market, and organize the formulation of strategic goals;
• Responsible for department team building, personnel introduction, ability improvement management;
• Lead the maintenance of high-level customer relationship and formulate high-level customer management strategies in the industry;
• Responsible for coordinating the construction of the industry ecosystem, the introduction and management of partner evaluation;
• Responsible for formulating business development direction and strategies, conducting project approval and resource allocation of major projects, and conducting pre-bid guidance and bid review;
• Comprehensively coordinate the decomposition and implementation of strategies such as products, technologies, solutions, and markets at the sales end to ensure the achievement of the overall sales goals of the industry;
• Guide and support the company's business area and industry development;
• Familiar with the market demand, operation mode and product solutions of the smart industry;
• Have experience in sales team building, strong team management ability, good at coordinating the work of the marketing team;
• Have keen market awareness, adaptability and leadership skills, and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
• Be able to produce animations of different styles and forms according to requirements, and have a certain level of animation creation;
• Supervise and guide the production quality of animation projects, and assign the work content of project production;
• Form a team, be able to teach new people and improve the team The overall animation technology level;
• Eliminate and solve the risks and problems encountered by the animation team in the internal production process, track the entire project, control the project cycle and quality, and ensure the project progress;
• Conduct periodic technical summaries and formulate and maintain effective workflow and make timely adjustments according to project progress.
Qualifications:
• Major in film and television, animation, proficient in using 3Dmax.MAYA.AE.FL.pro non-line editing software, P and other plane software;
• Three to five years of animation related work experience, more than two years of supervisor or Director experience, have the experience of leading a team to produce animated series or animated films;
• Familiar with the whole process of planning, script, modeling, production and have considerable control ability;
• Have super original animation, animation production ability and excellent Experience in team management;
• Extra points have done a series of dramas, excellent expression skills and skills in communicating with customers.
