Qualifications
• Expert in distributed ledger technology (DLT) and related concepts but also knowing relevant critical success factors using blockchain ecosystems for business applications
• Latest knowledge and concrete practical experience in tokenomics; including token-based incentive structures, token-based revenue streams, network effect evaluation, token classification, protocol-owned liquidity, stable coins (algorithmic/backed), etc.
• Technical expert for blockchain protocols/decentralized application architecture, cross-chain bridges, layer 1 / layer 2 scaling
• Strategic market view on web3 developments and their impact on corporations, web3 trends, and future topics, like implications of DAOs on software development and corporations, application of NFTs, etc.
• Broad experience in implementing data management and integration architectures using SAP portfolio as pertaining to the SAP (BTP) North Star Architecture
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, world-class analytical and problem-solving skills, execution focus, and team player
• Fluent English language skills oral and written and local languages
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and cultural skills, and experience to prepare for and present to top-level executives
• Adapt with a high degree of flexibility to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• 10+ years of experience as a developer, technical architect, ideally in customer-facing functions like consulting, custom development, etc.
• A highly motivated, innovative individual with a “can-do” and start-up attitude and ready to take over further responsibility

Responsibilities
Responsible for the design and development of products based on the Ethereum blockchain (Blockchain);
• Responsible for developing the platform and basic framework based on the Ethereum blockchain;
• Research the protocol, operating mechanism and underlying implementation of blockchain;
• Organize and coordinate internal and external exchanges, discussions and training on blockchain technology;
• Track relevant technological changes in the Internet field and apply them to actual research and development products.
Qualifications
• Proficient in linux system (cento or ubuntu) and software development in this environment;
• Experience in related projects such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and blockchain is preferred;
• Familiar with Ethereum platform, Solitidy, etc.;
• Be proficient in writing Ethereum smart contracts;
• Familiar with various data structures and algorithms, and have research on cryptography, security protocols and encryption algorithms;
• Experience in digital currency exchange interface connection is preferred;
• Familiar with python language is preferred;
• Experience in quantitative trading is preferred.
