MOPII is looking for Director of NFT Division. Mopii Limited is a very creative digital social development company, which is committed to building a Mopii metaverse world where people around the world have the same cultural understanding. With the novel FOX CICADA as the carrier and virtual idols as the main digital assets, fans can create a metaverse world where virtual and reality are deeply integrated.
Responsibilities
• Ability to independently curate exhibitions, with experience in successfully planning art-related exhibitions, including concept development to implementation;
• Sensitive to the trend of digital content creation, enthusiastic and basic knowledge of digital media art, responsible for research and development of art work resources;
• Unique vision and affinity, good at discovering high-quality creators/artists;
• Establish, manage, maintain a resource library with artists, and use them for various possible realization, cooperation opportunities, including NFT digital Art auctions, including other IP cross-border cooperation and the development of physical derivatives;
• Responsible for the daily communication between the company's cooperative artists and art studios, professional explanation and presentation of art works, and can quickly match the market's demand for content ;
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above in art, marketing and business management;
• More than 3 years of work experience in the art industry, cultural and creative industry, and NFT project experience;
• Possess fluent Chinese and English communication skills and good written expression skills; have excellent overall planning skills, Organized work and pay attention to details;
• Have managed a team of more than 3 people, with excellent time management and pressure resistance;
• Have digital-related technology, experience managers or art-related curators, scholars, experts and practitioners relationship network is preferred;
• Art industry trend market acumen and flexible creative thinking;
• Passionate about art career, working experience in galleries, art galleries or art institutions is preferred;
• Digital media, cultural and art management related background is preferred.

Qualifications
• This role will be responsible for building, growing, and scaling the Metaverse ecosystem
• He/She will hire and support teams across core Metaverse pillars: Avatars, Horizon, and Spark AR platforms;
• He/She will build strong executive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders for key integrations (product to market), increased adoption, growth, and scale;
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technology leadership, innovating and delivering solutions in zero to one type of technology domains as well as building within the Metaverse and growing a Developer Platform and a Partner Ecosystem;
• Overall responsible for the success and long-term vision of the Metaverse, as the point person for external engineering and technical work supporting the highest-level relationships with Metaverse partners;
• Manage some of the largest and most complex technical initiatives by assembling and leading teams to plan and implement effective strategies to create scalable, pioneering, and future facing technology solutions across Metaverse partnerships;
• Lead teams which conduct rapid end-to-end proof of concepts, build prototypes and implement Metaverse-specific software and solutions using agile methodologies;
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta including Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to align them towards a vision and define and execute on global partner and product strategies that ensure substantial long-term impact;
Identify unique problems and unlock opportunities through bespoke technology solutions that have an org-wide, company-wide, and industry-wide impact;
• Build and manage relationships with strategically important external partners in order to ensure their success, helping everyone to go faster and deliver impact;

With the novel FOX CICADA as the carrier and virtual idols as the main digital assets, fans can create a metaverse world where virtual and reality are deeply integrated.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall promotion, packaging and integrated marketing of the virtual idol project;
• Research and analyze the content characteristics and target groups of the works, and formulate targeted publicity and distribution methods;
• Integrate internal and external resources and plan the publicity and distribution of the virtual idol project;
• Coordinate and grasp the promotion activities, channels, rhythm, etc. of the virtual idol project;
• Coordinate and follow up the planning and production of virtual idol projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, major in advertising, journalism, communication, marketing, etc.;
• More than five years of content promotion experience in the cultural and creative industry, including but not limited to entertainment, games, the Internet, etc.;
• Active thinking, with excellent strategic thinking ability, understanding ability and communication ability;
• Those with two-dimensional IP are preferred to those with game experience;
• More than one complete online project experience is preferred, and successful project experience is preferred.
