Responsibilities
• Promote the concept of virtual social marketing, team culture communication, solve difficult marketing problems, etc., and establish a training database;
• Operate users through online communities, increase user stickiness, and train sales teams in the community;
• Responsible for the daily operation and promotion of the company's WeChat applet and mobile APP, analysis of operational data, user analysis, etc.;
• Responsible for the training and management of the company's sales team in terms of marketing knowledge and skills, build a sales team from 0, manage the sales team, build a sales team of 1,000 people (including part-time sales) within one year, and lead the sales team to complete the company's annual target;
Qualifications
• Sales Director, Marketing Director, Internet Operations Director, 3-5 years of work experience;
• Good language skills and writing skills, familiar with the sharing economy, familiar with social community e-commerce, and able to independently complete the formation of sales team and daily management, incentives, training and other work;
• Cheerful personality, strong learning ability, strong appeal, affinity, language expression ability, adaptability, good at talent training;
• Development, production, modification, improvement and update of sales training courseware, and completion of online and offline sales training and speeches inside and outside the company;
• Have good telephone, network language communication skills, team spirit and customer service awareness; obey work arrangements, adapt to work under pressure, adapt to overtime, and can cooperate well with team work;
• Familiar with various online marketing strategies, promotion strategies, sales strategies, and incentive strategies; familiarity with new media marketing methods such as Kuaishou and Douyin is preferred.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the business requirements and product planning of intelligent hardware products, and responsible for the formulation of strategies such as product online operation and production management;
• Grasp the market trend of intelligent hardware products, grasp competitor/partner products, industry trends, and formulate product development strategies and implementation strategies;
• Have a deep understanding of intelligent hardware products, and complete product work such as product flow chart sorting, product requirement document writing, and product prototype design;
• Responsible for assisting and connecting the R&D team to understand product requirements, familiar with the complete process of hardware product design, R&D, mold opening, and production, from scratch; follow up product R&D throughout the process, coordinate and organize design, R&D, testing and other resources, and Promote product delivery according to quality and on time;
• Responsible for coordinating with channels, sales, marketing and operation departments, providing product strategy and operation suggestions, and promoting the implementation of channels;
• Responsible for product life cycle management, continuously collect feedback and improvement opinions, optimize product portfolio, complete established product goals, launch products on time, and product version management and continuous iteration;
• Understand the international market and cooperate with the international team to promote product internationalization.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Thorough understanding of country-specific employment laws as warranted;
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
• BS/BA in human resources, international relations or other business-related field or an equivalent amount of experience and training;
• At least eight years of human resource experience;
• At least two years of international human resource experience;
• Fluency in a language other than English;
• Master's degree, MBA or a related advanced degree preferred;
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
