Requirements for the role:
• Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, English, Statistics, or similar;
• Passion for puzzles, problem solving and is immensely curious;
• Proven ability to develop the analytics capability of an organization and integrate this with the market research capabilities to provide effective insight;
• Strong analytical, reading, and writing skills;
• Broad experience in qualitative & quantitative research;
• An excellent communicator, adept at tailoring customer insight and information in a way that can be clearly understood by a non-specialist user or audience;
• A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues spread across international locations.
You will be responsible for:
• Assisting in the development of our market research information and analysis;
• Digesting information from many different sources in order to collect and track data on competitors’ products, strategies and pricing;
• Tracking trends in the satellite industry and adjacent markets whilst supporting the wider Sales team around key business objectives;
• Build basic financial analysis and models to measure customers’ needs and interests;
• Analyze customer markets and match our products to their requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the communication and docking of the company's needs related to artists, including brand business projects, content IP projects, etc.;
• Responsible for the full follow-up and communication of the artists in the project, maintain the relationship between the artists, and strengthen the in-depth cooperation between the artists and the platform;
• Regular update of industry data such as star cooperation quotation/business data;
• In addition to the expansion of celebrity relationships, media/KOL/MCN company cooperation and expansion are also required.
Requirements:
• Possess rich resources in the entertainment industry, more than 5 years of experience in the industry, more than 2 years of work experience in cooperation with artists, and master a large number of brokerage companies, star studio resources and contacts;
• Have insight and judgment on the artist, and control the artist's risk/benefit assessment in the project;
• Love the entertainment industry, familiar with the ecology of the entertainment industry, and have a judgment on the current situation and development trend of the industry;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good teamwork skills, able to complete work efficiently and with high quality.

MOPII is looking for Director of NFT International Distribution. Mopii Limited is a very creative digital social development company, which is committed to building a Mopii metaverse world where people around the world have the same cultural understanding. With the novel FOX CICADA as the carrier and virtual idols as the main digital assets, fans can create a metaverse world where virtual and reality are deeply integrated.
Responsibilities:
• Develop overseas NFT issuance goals, strategies and plans, and organize their implementation;
• Quickly form a team according to the company's strategic priorities, and shape the team's overseas distribution capabilities and strength;
• Determine the overseas market positioning and publicity strategy of the NFT, and organize the team to promote the NFT online and offline;
• Lead the analysis of product operation data, pay attention to user feedback and market status, and optimize operation strategies;
• Coordinate and promote the team to complete the follow-up, resource integration, overall deployment and execution of the game on various platforms (including planning and execution of channel access, docking follow-up, post-maintenance, online and offline operation promotion, brand marketing activities, etc.).
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more experience in overseas game or NFT distribution management, and at least one successful overseas distribution project experience;
• Have the ability to build an overseas distribution team and an overseas distribution business from zero to one, be able to open up new frontiers, and have a strong driving force and transformative power;
• Have a mature system of overseas product distribution and operation distribution methodology, and have a more comprehensive summary and analysis of the consumer psychology of users in foreign markets (unrestricted regions);
• Have strong analysis and planning ability and sense of development and innovation, be familiar with the industry and the competitive market, and be able to effectively feed back and adjust the operation and distribution work according to market information.
